Karla Fajardo, Esq.
Karla Fajardo is the founder of Fajardo Law LLC. Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Attorney Fajardo immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of fifteen, where she subsequently obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Valley State University, in Michigan.
At an early time in her legal career, Attorney Fajardo gained the trust and respect of the Hispanic community due to her level of dedication and commitment to representing those seeking a legal voice. While clerking for the Law Offices of Attorney John R. Beason, Attorney Fajardo offered legal assistance to hundreds of clients via pro bono expungement programs while gaining invaluable trial experience. She also raised awareness by becoming an active speaker for local programs providing legal services to the disadvantaged. In her spare time, Attorney Fajardo volunteered as a Spanish-English interpreter for hospitals and non-profit clinics throughout the State.
After receiving recognition from the Federal Bar Association of Western Michigan due to her pro bono work and community involvement, Attorney Fajardo was granted a full scholarship to the University of Toledo-College of Law, in Ohio; where she earned her Juris Doctorate. During law school, Attorney Fajardo clerked for ABLE (Advocates for Basic Legal Equality), a non-profit institution that assists low-income individuals and migrant farm workers in western Ohio. Subsequently, Attorney Fajardo relocated to Tampa Bay, Florida where she was admitted to the Florida Bar thereafter.
Attorney Fajardo continues to be the voice for those who seek to have their legal rights heard.
